Recently alone because my husband is in a care home suffering from dementia, I'm now finding myself getting a bit bored with my own company. I have lots of friends and family, I am still working part time, but I miss having someone by my side. I live alone with my cat in lovely Whitstable. I've never been a sporty person and the pounds have piled on my weight. I'm not very committed to doing the exercise and dieting I know I should do. However, I like to keep up to date with fashions and I think I'm fairly well presented. I've travelled the world and want to continue to do that for as long as I can afford it.
