Aged but not old...

I Would Describe Myself As

Just an ordinary guy, happy in my skin, aged but not old. I enjoy good physical and mental health, and although my coffers aren't overflowing, my glass is always half full. I'm the scion of Scots and Irish stock, and I immerse myself in my Celtic heritage. Reared and educated in Florida, earning a BA from Florida State University. 20 years with a major industrial products manufacturer, from field sales to VP Marketing. 8 years as a Sales/Marketing Consultant in Denver, and most recently as GM of motels in a major national chain. Traveled extensively throughout the entire USA, Canada, and the Caribbean. I enjoy Highland Games, Irish pubs, flea markets, classic cars, and just exploring at random. Popping the cork on a chilled bottle of pinot grigio...a wee dram of Dalwhinnie or Talisker...slainte! I enjoy the salty air of the seashore, the cry of a gull, a line of pelicans in flight. The snowcapped Rockies. Taos. Victoria BC. A sailboat on Puget Sound. Orcas in Haro Strait. Books by LeCarre, Follet, Forsythe and Ludlum. Adventures by Pat O'Brien and Wilbur Smith. Uris, Jakes, Mitchener, Grisham and Conroy.

I seek a well educated and articulate lady, whose interests and desires run reasonably parallel to my own. Not a carbon copy, mind you, just a good fit.
