I used to live an unhealthy lifestyle; junk food diet, cigarettes, no exercise but I changed all that a little over 4 years ago. I'm not a health food fanatic but I try to eat right, I quit smoking and exercise most days (speed walking). I've taught myself to cook with some help from Rachael Ray and other Food Network shows. I love cooking and creating new healthy recipes. I'd like to find someone to cook with in and out of the kitchen. Besides cooking I like computers and exploring my spirituality.
