I am active and healthy with wide ranging interest from animals to politics. I enjoy symphony, operas, plays and films but I am not a buff, just a learner who likes a good show. A rented movie on the couch with the right person is great too. I like to think that I am a good parent and friend. I like going to the gym, walking for the beauty and enjoyment of nature. I have an offbeat sense of humor, most of the time when telling a joke I laugh so hard I never get to the punch line, love going to street fairs, and Sunday drives into the country or just small things?quiet times and sharing feelings. I am comfortable with myself and I try to make my life of benefit to others and I keep busy. I look forward to putting aside some of that busyness to built an intimate relationship because life offers no greater fulfillment and I deserve it.
I am capable of intimacy, affection, love and commitment. My goal is to find a man with similar dreams, a big heart, ready to laugh and sure enough of who he is to make a come-what may commitment to be my mate for the second half of my life.
I have known disappointments in this search but also satisfaction of making new friends and still have stars in my eyes.
