I have been down many paths of inquiry on personal and spiritual growth, deepening my appreciation for what all spiritual traditions teach - patience, kindness, forgiveness and compassion. Not easy to practice but I think well worth the effort. I wish to meet someone who feels the same. I am very interested in health - holistic, alternative, integrative. I eat healthy most of the time but still indulge in chocolate regularly and french fries from time to time. Engage in moderate exercise, mostly to clear my head.
