Have been retired a little over 2 yrs and believe have finally adjusted to it...also to living alone after having lost my husband in Dec 2005. It's time to think about the future and move on. For however long the future may be, it's important to fill it with happiness, good times and good people. Am considering relocating to an Over 55 Community in the Tampa Bay area, so hoping to meet people who may have already done the same and wld be willing to share their experience with me. --- Hoping to hear from sincere men only who are looking for conversation, maybe a pen pal to start, companionship and most importantly friendship...all of which are great starters to anything else than may follow if destiny determines there should be anything else. And, if not, what is more precious than friendship itself?

En ideel første date ville være

Dating should be simple, like coffee or lunch, with lots of conversation...all about making each other feel comfortable! I think too many people push dating & relationships before they even know each other enough...Therefore, both end up disappointed and don't know why, and it becomes a cycle of disappointments. I believe mutual respect & compatibilty, a comfort level of friendship needs to be established between two people. We need to just be honest with ourselves and each other. When you think of it, what better prize can we have in life than friendship itself?

To gut an old house, then redesign inside and especially decorate it top to bottom. Have done some of that to partial degrees here & there throughout the yrs, but from start to finish would hv bn an exciting pursuit! (On the other hand, maybe I'm getting too practical now to undertake such a project!)

Being with family or friends new ones or old! It's enjoying the people around you that puts fun into anything!...Like simple things..rides, day trips, shopping, sight-seeing, bird watching, dining out or friends over. Only recently discovered TV anew...Have enjoyed some good action programs. Also enjoy traveling.

It's only the person within that matters whether man or woman, never the outside facade. Looks hv never bn important to me. It's all about decency, honesty, consideration of others, kindness to others, good manners. Those are admirable qualities. I admire a spirituality and a true belief in God. I love intelligence and knowledge and wit and good humor!
