I have lived in Silicon Valley for over twenty years and am originally from Buffalo, New York. I have had my fair share of bad winters, so I decided to move to California. I was hired by a Sunnyvale company and was relocated to this area. Fast forward to 2000, I took early retirement from the mechanical design field. Recently I took a temporary job for extra money to help finance an Internet business.
I am a well-rounded person and have many life experiences. I often tell people that I have a wide bandwidth when it comes to interests. Unlike some people, I am always changing and growing at my age. I am looking for an adventurous and special out going lady (as I tend to be introverted) who is not set in her ways. I am looking for a long-term relationship or marriage. I have a wide range of interests from opera to football. I enjoy the ballet, chick-flicks as well as action movies. I like a lady who has a good since of humor and can engage in a meaningful conversation. I seek a calm and serene atmosphere to promote both of our spiritualities. I have taught mediation classes. That said, I am a Christian and enjoy going to new age churches. Occasionally, I will attend a Catholic mass or visit other churches.
