Lonely widow, not sure about dating.

I Would Describe Myself As

I am a widow of 6 months who is adjusting to being alone. I love Zumba classes, I go almost everyday. I think Zumba dancing happily takes me back to my younger days when I loved dancing. It also keeps me healthy, happy, and in shape for a 63 year old gal! Gardening is my passion, even using the tractor to mow the lawn I find to be fun! I love to travel to see friends and family, mainly by car but will fly if I have to! In the future I plan to expand my travels to see a little more of our country. Overseas travel seems a little scary thanks to the state of chaos our world is in. I'm in a small town where there's not a lot going on, I moved here when my husband was ill with ALS to be near our daughter and grandkids for support. Now that I'm by myself I'd love to connect with someone in similar circumstances and with similar interests. I am a devout Christian, I lean right but I have plenty of left wing friends and family. I hesitate doing this but what do I have to lose? I think I'm adjusting well after the initial rawness of widowhood. Also, having a husband afflicted with ALS for 4 years was a challenge of untold proportion. I reflect back and know he's at peace now. I want to go on in honor of him, that's what he would want.
