My name is Douglas, my friends call me Doug. I'm from a little town in east Texas. I graduated from high school and two weeks later I was in basic training at Fort Knox KY. I became a 19D Cavalry Scout and I was very proud of what I do and what I have done. I had a great family, just a sibling, married to an English. I have been to Iraq three times. I do plan on getting out this coming year, after several years in the service. That will be after the mission to Libya is concluded. Presently in South Africa on a ground training protocol!
I want the person I am with to value family ethics.. I don't have kids, but would love to have kids someday. I don't mind if the person I am with has kids! I am a kid at heart and love to have fun and smile!
I love being outdoors. Hunting, fishing, camping, being on a boat, mudding, back roading or just dancing and laying underneath the stars. I love grilling and cooking! I would rather be in the kitchen than the person I am dating. Not saying you can't cook but it's something the men in my camp do a lot. I enjoy going out stepping or just going to sports bar to watch my sports teams. Dallas Cowboys, Stars, Mavericks, Texas Rangers and Arkansas Razorbacks! I also don't mind staying home renting movies and ordering out. That I miss alot..... In the mean time I still enjoy night out with my boys. I love music and used to play bass guitar and drums in a couple of bands. I enjoy country, rock, and blues.
