I keep fit exercising daily. May not mean I live any longer, but hopefully the quality of life in the years remaining are better. Be good for partner to be health orientated in some way. Nutrition important, but I'm not a fanatic and take detours occasionally. Enjoy outdoor activities, happy to learn new things I haven't done before - be good to get into ballroom dancing again.
