I Would Describe Myself As

I have just returned from 4 years in South Africa where I was born .I have travelled extensively ,enjoy playing and composing music,have practised and taught yoga for many years,love dancing and swimming in the ocean,hiking.travelling and exploring other cultures. Enjoy my own company yet love to share with likeminded people .Have studied and practised healing,meditation and mysticism.Love and relationships are really important to me yet I need alone time too
