I was a competitive runner for many years and my current workout regimen includes weight lifting, running, biking and yoga. I enjoy reading, going to museums, and theatrical performances that leave me thinking. Exploring different cultures through travel gives me joy. A recent remarkable travel experience was a bicycle tour around Cuba. While I am active and adventurous, moments of calm and reflection are essential.
