This is really difficult, but I'm fairly new to Texas and it would be grand to meet like-minded others. I'm accomplished, happy with my life. My quest here is more about a frienship/relationship, not looking for THE one (what false expectations THAT can bring) I have a sense of adventure and want to experience more of Texas. I came here from Wyoming via Washington, D.C. (talk about polar opposites) and I want a special someone to experience the good Texas has to offer. I teach at the university and perhaps most telling is that I push my students to think outside the box. I'm fun, I'd rather read than watch TV, seek out owner owned restaurants over chains, like exploring an area. Would rather not do the mass crowds or concerts and would choose McDavid Studio-type venue.

Being spontaneous. I just love a range of different things - a whitewater trip, a live band, a B and B to visit a quaint or historical area, cooking together, holding hands over a class of wine, a non-crowded arts show....

I look for someone who values a few finer things over collection of stuff. Who likes an unclutter environment. Who loves a good back rub and kissing. Love that kissing part. Someone who likes to travel and doesn't stress out if things don't go as planned; and has the funds to travel.
Who value physical fitness enough to keep trim. Eats well and drinks moderately. Who would rather fly to the National Park in Alaska than take a cruise ship. well, that's a beginning.
