I Would Describe Myself As

Jesus Christ is my passion and anyone interested in a relationship with me must know Him personally as well. I am a fairly new widow that loved being in love. And I was loved beautifully as well. At this age and with the experience my past two years of watching my husband die as brought me, I know exactly what I want in life. I also know how I want to be treated and held in high esteem.

I love music and have it surrounding me all the time. I communicate with God through music as well. I am very expressive in my communication skills- using my hands and face to further communicate. I do this in my worship too. It's part of who I am.

I love movies and theater and live theater as well. I am an avid reader. And I am full of smiles- I have been told that even my eyes smile.

I love coffee on the porch on Saturday mornings. I love chocolate and peanut butter.

My family is my life. I have four grown children- all live away from home, I have two grandchildren- that are my heart. I will be blessed with a third grandbaby in June of this year.

My annual vacation to the outer Banks of North Carolina is one of the highlights of my life. I find myself to be totally at home on the beaches there. I find such beauty and majesty in the tides and waves of the Atlantic Ocean. I have decided to lay in the sun until I turn into leather!! Hahahaha !

My heart is ready to build on a friendship that is steeped in communication. I will not tolerate lies. I don't like bad language. I love to laugh. I don't like drama. And my home must always be full of peace and harmony. Talking things out is the only way to deal with a problem, I know everyone has issues, but it's the inner strength that I look for as to how someone deals with these problems that impresses me.

My heart will always love my late husband- but I imagine that my heart will grow and I can learn to love someoneelse also. I don't believe that, if you lose someone through death, that you ever stop loving them. Anyone interested in me will have to be ok with that. I know my heart is big enough to love again and love deeply.

I own two dogs and two kitties. So I am a huge animal lover. If my dogs don't like you- well- you might be in trouble. Lol!

I am comfortable going out and eating or grabbing something and eating at home. I can cook- but I don't LOVE it. I am not very athletic and I tend to be clumsy. So sports-wise- bowling is about it for participation by me. I enjoy watching others play sports- I just don't do so well playing sports myself.
