I am a very easy going about the small stuff in life, and care very much about the people I love.
My 2 kids and their families are wonderful, and they have room for me to bring a special man into the circle. Also, I have much room in my heart for the family and friends of that special man!
My husband has been gone for 24 years, and I have moved 7 times (plus 3 more short ones).
The “why” of these moves is a long story, which has a lot to do with my kids, but I am finally settled in Maine, and don’t ever plan to go anywhere, unless it has to do with a new partner.
I’m a pretty healthy “grown-up”, I try to keep an exercise routine going, but am far from obsessive.
I would love to have someone to hike on trails with,(along with my dog, Louie) but if you golf or play tennis or ski, that’s great. I could cheer you on and sympathetically listen to “I couldn’t hit the ball for
Sh— today”, etc
My acceptance about where I am at almost 74 is good, and getting better, and I know that I want to share this chapter with someone.
I want to share the day to day, and the this is our life stuff, with humor, understanding, compassion , and emotional, and physical love!!!!!
