When you're young, you look for a beautiful person to complete your life. But as we, who live to be a senior, find that beauty is only skin deep. That what the person is inside is what really counts. Some of us are lucky enough to have had that beautiful person in our lives for many years. Then one day GOD decides our beautiful person needs to come home to HIM. Now, here we are, looking for someone to be happy again with. One thing I've learned, you are the captain of the Happiness Ship. Another person can only join you on that voyage, you have to navigate the ship. So as captain of my happines, I'm looking to be your first mate. If you think you'd like to sail we me. I love being with people, but can be just as happy spending hours at home with you. I am a crafter and sometimes spend many hours by myself. Not my first choice, but with this pandemic the mall is out.lol.
So, I will have to wait for you to come spend some time with me. I really love the beach, what I miss is walking, holding hands as the tide catches our bare feet. I love fishing for trout and these days comfort camping. Haven't been able to do much in the past years. A Saturday of yardsaling, or at the swap meet looking for that item to up cycle. A nice dinner out with friends, or at home cooking together. Or a weekend sitting up a craft booth to sell What we have made. What it boils down to is having someone in your life to do what ever you want to do.
