I have a great sense of humor. I’m looking for a friend, companion, and possibly more. I drink occasionally, but I do not smoke. I am partially retired, live alone (with my dog) and have 3 grown children and a growing number of grandchildren.
I like all types of music; country, classical, old time rock as well as modern, new age, swing, blues . . . I wish I were a better dancer. I would love a patient partner.
I thrive on new experiences. New people, places, activities, . . . I like quiet activities, too. Walks, movies, cooking, reading and good conversation. I have backpacked, camped, boated, and fished in the ocean, rivers, streams and lakes. But never caught a king salmon. Imagine that! But with no companion, I have lost interest. I would like to start doing those things again. I still love a good road trip. I like to travel: in Alaska or anywhere else.
My spirit is free, but my moral self is old fashioned. I believe in truth, loyalty and acceptance. I am a Christian, but I am not driven to adhere to a specific denomination. I am a spiritual person striving for peace and balance. I want honesty, acceptance and affection. I’m looking for an open-minded man who shares my values.

I look for men who are 5' 10" or above. Average build or a little on the cuddly side. I do not like sloppy fat men. I appreciate good health.
