I am retired from the Air Force and have had no problem at keeping myself active in my retirement. I am involved in multiple ministries in my church, to include choir, children and outreach ministries. I paint (Acrylics) and love to bowl, although I have not bowled in quite a while (missing a partner). I enjoy all types of music except rap and rock. My favorite music is southern gospel, smooth jazz, and easy listening music. I look forward to doing things around the house with my mate, whether it is in the kitchen, gardening, special projects or whatever. I love to pamper and spoil my mate, and let her know that she is second only to the Lord in my life.I consider myself a loving, caring person who is committed to Christian values. I do believe, however that there's nothing closer to perfection and completeness than two hearts melded together in "true oneness." Christ said "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you." I sought Him and found Him - now I wait for Him to add you to my life.

An Ideal First Date Would Be

The first date should be in a setting where both are completely at ease. It should be at a place where others are present but they could still enjoy privacy, such as a public park, or maybe in a restaurant over coffee, where few people are present. I feel that the first date should be as informal as possible, that the two should allow each other to relax and be themselves. The situation will be tense enough at the beginning to have to worry about formalities. Each will be meeting someone who just might be their future life partner, and the situation should be treated as a relaxing, enjoyable, yet sacred event.
